Poldi Chocolate

Discover a piece of Viennese history: Wal Poldi decorated the Gasthaus zum Walfisch in the Vienna Prater for years and today delights young and old as a popular attraction in the Vienna Museum on Karlsplatz. As a homage to the Vienna Prater, where Gerstner also made his first sweets at the 1867 World Exhibition celebrated success, we developed this special chocolate creation:Fine milk chocolate, filled with a creamy white chocolate cream and sparkling strawberry crackling fizz. A sweet treat for children and of course adults who can be children again when the fizz tingles on their tongues and brings back memories of carefree days in the Vienna Prater.
