Deliveries within Vienna: We are of course happy to take the necessary precautions so as not to endanger your health and that of our employees:

Simple, secure online payment
Delivery fee: regardless of weight € 15.00
Your delivery will be left at your front door after the bell rings

Pickup & Deliveries: Products ordered by 11:00 a.m. can be delivered on the same day (except for custom-made products). Orders after 11am will be delivered the next working day.

Pickup: Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m
Delivery: Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Delivery outside Vienna & abroad:Many of our products can be delivered within the European Union.

To Austria: 1 - 2 working days & delivery fee: regardless of weight € 15.00

To Germany: 2 - 3 working days & delivery fee up to 30 kg: € 20.00

Rest of Europe (Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Estonia): 3 - 7 working days & delivery fee up to 30 kg: € 38.00.-

To Portugal: 3 - 5 working days & delivery fee up to 30 kg: € 45.00
