Yes, pickup is available Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Gerstner Shop at Kärntnerstraße 51, 1010 Vienna.

Our gift boxes with pralines, confectionery or truffles, as well as candied Sisi violets, are popular presents - lovingly packaged and ideal for any occasion.

When placing your order, you are welcome to leave a greeting message in the comments field. We will be happy to send it to the desired recipient on our Gerstner stationery. 

Many of our products already come packaged in elegant gift boxes. At the end of the ordering process, you also have the option to package your order “as a gift”.

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during checkout. In this case, the invoice will not be included in the package.

Within Austria, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. International deliveries may take a little longer. Please bear in mind seasonal peak periods such as Christmas.
