General Description of the Services Offered on the Website
The website https://eshop.gerstner.at/ is used to promote services and products from Gourmet and to sell vouchers that are distributed through the voucher shop, as well as to promote the Gourmet brand. On the website, customers can purchase and use vouchers, sign up for newsletters, and submit a contact form with their contact details. Orders can be placed and paid for directly online.
Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
The following accessibility requirements are currently implemented on the website:
• Screen Reader: Screen magnifier and support for large integrated fonts in browsers,
usable with the keyboard commands “Ctrl/Alt” and “+” /
“Ctrl/Alt” and “-“ / “Ctrl/Alt” and “0”;
• Keyboard Navigation: Navigation is also possible exclusively via keyboard, usable with the Tab key and arrow keys on the keyboard to scroll up and down or access a specific link.
The content of the website is continuously being revised and supplemented. A complete accessible preparation of all content currently represents a disproportionate burden due to economic and organizational reasons and is therefore unfortunately not yet possible. However, we are continuously committed to making our digital offerings accessible through the latest technologies and to continuously improving them technically. Barriers that currently do not meet legal requirements will be removed as quickly as possible. Feedback and suggestions for improvement are particularly valuable and can be communicated to the email address info@gourmet.at.
Responsible Supervisory Authority
According to § 21 BaFG, the Federal Office for Social Affairs and Disabled Persons (Social Ministry Service) is responsible for monitoring compliance with accessibility requirements.
