1. Which products are particularly suitable as gifts?

Our gift boxes with chocolates, confectionery, or truffles, as well as the candied Sisi violets, are popular presents – lovingly packaged and ideal for any occasion.

2. Can I include a personal greeting card?

You can gladly leave a greeting text in the notes field when completing your order. We will happily send it on our Gerstner stationery to the desired person.

3. How long are the products durable?

The durability varies depending on the product. Fresh pastries should be consumed within a few days, while chocolates and confectionery are usually durable for several weeks. You can find exact information on the product page.

4. Are there gift wrappings?

Many of our products are already packaged in elegant gift boxes. At the end of the ordering process, you also have the option to wrap it "as a gift."

5. Can I have an order sent directly to the recipient?

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address at checkout. The invoice will not be included in the package in this case.

6. How long does shipping take?

Within Austria, the delivery time is usually 2–4 working days. For international deliveries, it may take a bit longer. Please consider seasonal peak times like Christmas.

7. Is there an express shipping option?

Yes, we offer express shipping within Austria and to selected countries. The option will be displayed to you at checkout, if available.

8. I would like to order larger quantities for corporate clients or events – is that possible online?

For larger orders or individual corporate solutions, please feel free to contact us at konditorei(a)gerstner.ator take a look at our product folder for personalized products. We are also happy to advise you personally.

9. What happens if a product arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at konditorei@gerstner.at with a photo of the damaged item. We will take care of a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

10. Do your products contain alcohol?

Yes, some of our products contain alcohol. This is always indicated for each product in the online shop.
