Preparation:
Heat milk in a pot until it gently comes to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat, break three ribs of our fine drinking chocolate into it, and let it rest for one minute. Then whisk until creamy, pour into a cup, and enjoy. For an especially velvety texture and a refined touch, enhance your drinking chocolate with a splash of Grand Marnier, Cognac, Rum, or Baileys.
